, 没有多大的区别，其实就是销售合同。国外也有PROFORMA INVOICE 形式发票的说法，也是指的外销合同。出SALES CONFIRMATION
等同于SALES CONTRACT， 无需出两份，报关时SALES CONFIRMATION 就是当SALES CONTRACT 来用的。如果非要区别的话SALES CONFIRMATION侧重的是产品，流程和条款确认，而 SALES CONTRACT侧重的则是产品及描述的确认！两者不必分的太清，就像销售合同和销售协议书一样的道理！
