最近外贸行业越来越不好做了,自己入行已经整整五年了,这五年经历许多,不敢说自己很有经验,但是也脱离了菜鸟,事情越来越多,时间越来越少,所以很多时候会没办法更新。尽自己最大来整理吧,如果哪天自己不做外贸这行了,这些文字可以给自己留个纪念。
装运是国际货物买卖合同中不可缺少的一项条款。装运业务通常包括以下环节:通关、租船订舱、制作装运单据、发出装船通知等。
装运条款一般包括装运时间、装运港及目的港、装船时间、装运单据、分批装运或转船装运等。
一、进口方给出口方的装运邮件的写作步骤及常见表达方式如下:
1.简要说明交易货物及有关装运条件(敦促出口方尽快装运,说明装运条件,等待装运通知)

2.陈述事实,说明理由

3.表明我方观点或建议愿望

二、出口方给进口方的装运邮件的写作步骤及常见表达方式如下:
1.开头语
We?are?pleased?to?notify?you?that?the?cargo?has?been?shippped?by?...我们高兴地通知贵方,货物已装。。。。
We?fell?apologetic?that?we?really?have?no?way?to?make?shipment?on?...,?because?of?...由于我方是在无法于。。。装运货物,谨向贵方表示歉意
2.结束语言
The?shipment?will?reach?you?within?5?days?.货物将于5天内到达贵方。
We?appreciate?the?business?you?have?been?able?to?give?us?and?assure?you?that?all?your?future?orders?will?continue?to?receive?our?most?careful?attention?.感谢贵公司这次照顾我们这笔交易,今后贵公司所有订单我们保证一定慎重办理。
We?should?be?obliged?if?you?would?kindly?understand?the?situation?and?you?would?comply?with?our?request?.对我方处境请予谅解,并盼答应我方要求,我方不胜感激。
我做外贸这几年来,最常用到的装运邮件就是写邮件告诉客人我们的货没办法准时出货要推迟交期,每次的借口都要绞尽脑汁想,可头疼了。
