7月15日召开的国务院常务会议指出，深入推进大众创业、万众创新，激发市场活力和社会创造力，以新动能支撑保就业保市场主体，尤其是支持高校毕业生、返乡农民工等重点群体创业就业。
The State Council's executive meeting on July 15 urged further taking forward the nationwide initiative spurring entrepreneurship and innovation to unleash market vitality and people's creativity. The new drivers of growth will be fully harnessed to support jobs and market entities, with a particular focus on the employment of college graduates, rural migrant workers who have returned to their hometowns and other key populations.
