In the course of the internship, Zhang Linfei held the post of a director trainee and was responsible for choosing valuable subjects from real estate news in Wuhan for planning, interview, preparation of shooting outline, organization of shooting and editing and production. During the internship, Zhang Linfei worked earnestly. She was thoughtful and able to draw inferences about other cases from one instance. In the face of things she could not understand, she always sought for advice with an open mind from experienced seniors. She was also able to learn from and absorb the opinions and suggestions provided by her teacher and provide insight into the collection of news materials. Moreover, she strictly followed the professional ethics of journalist in terms of the wording in manuscript and the shooting and editing of frames and ensured that the true of news was fairly represented.
