Notice

1. Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is the certificate of the status of an enterprise legal person and the lawful operation.
2. Business License of Enterprise Legal Person includes the original copy and the duplicate. The original copy and the duplicate have the same legal effect.
3. The original of Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall be placed at the position of prominence of the domicile.
4. Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred.
5. Where its registered items change, it shall apply for registration of alternation to the company registration authority and replace the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person with a new one.
6. From 1^st March to 30^th June every year, it shall be conducted with the annual inspection.
7. After the revocation of the license, the business operation that is irrelevant to liquidation shall not be conducted.
8. If the revocation registration is handled, the original and the duplicate of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall be returned.
9. If the Business License is lost or damaged, the company shall announce it invalid in the newspaper and periodical designated by the company registration authority, and shall apply for an reassurance.
