| Note: 1. The summoned shall appear on the court on time. Where the plaintiff refuses to appear on the court without justified reasons after receiving the summon, the People’s Court may address as lawsuit withdrawal; where the defendant refuses to appear on the court without justified reasons after receiving the summon, the People’s Court may make judgment by default on the basis of claims of the plaintiff and evidence materials submitted to the court by both parties already. 3. The original copy or original items, or copies or reproductions verified the same by the people’s court shall be provided to the court when providing evidence to the People’s Court.
