I will summarize the work contents and progress of this project:
我们这次主要承担的招标任务分7个不同内容的项目，具体包括如下内容：
The bid mainly includes the following 7 sub-projects with different work contents:
1.1. Project works of bid invitation agency service代理招标项目
The agency party shall prepare , execute and complete the bid invitation service on the following project works (contracts) to achieve in Laibin B Power Plant under delegations of the Client : / 招标代理方将依照委托方的要求，准备并完成来宾B电厂拟实施的以下项目的招标工作：
(1) ECP contract for construction project of new coal run off pound ; / 沉煤池改建项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包；
(2) EPC contract for U1 & U2 De-NOx improvement projects ; /一、二号锅炉脱硝改造项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包；
(3) EPC contract for U1 & U2 de-dusting improvement projects ; /一、二号锅炉除尘器改造项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包；
(4) EPC contract for U1 & U2 air pre-heater improvement projects (if needed) ; /一、二号锅炉空预器改造项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包（如果需要）；
(5) EPC contract for U1 & U2 ID fan improvement projects (if needed) ; /一、二号锅炉引风机改造项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包（如果需要）；
(6) EPC contract for U1 & U2 ash tansport system improvement projects ; /一、二号锅炉输灰系统改造项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包
(7) Project supervision contract regarding De-Nox and de-dusting improvement projects ; / 一、二号锅炉脱硝及除尘器改造工程监理
对于每个具体的项目我们都要完成以下内容的工作：
For each specific sub-project, we shall complete the following tasks:
- 办理招标的备案手续/ Handle filing formalities of tendering;
- 起草及发布招标公告/ Draft and issue tender announcement;
- 代拟投标邀请书/ Draft Invitation for Bid;
- 编制和发售资格预审文件/ Prepare and sell prequalification documents;
- 协助招标人评审投标资格预审文件/ Assist the tenderee to review the tender pre-qualification documents;
- 编制和发售招标文件/ Prepare and sell tender documents；
- 组织投标人踏勘现场、答疑、草拟答疑纪要/Organize the tenderer to make an on-the-spot survey, answer questions and draft summary for answering questions;
- 协助招标人或受招标人委托依法组建评标委员会/Assist tenderee or authorized by the tenderee to establish bid evaluation committee according to law;
- 协助招标人或受招标人委托组织开标、评标、定标会/Assist the tenderee or authorized by the tenderee to organize bid opening, bid evaluation and meeting for award of bid;
- 向中标人发出中标通知书，向未中标的投标人发出中标结果通知书/Issue Letter of Acceptance to bid winner and issue Notice of the Bidding Result to bidders who do not win the bid;
- 编制招标成果文件并送有关部门备案/ Prepare tendering results documents and send to relevant department for file;
- 办理有关事项的公示手续; Handle the public procedures for relevant matters;
- 其他事项: 参见技术规范/other matters: Refers to Technical Specification.
从接受任务开始我们和贵方代表进行了很好的沟通和合作，并按贵方的要求完成每个阶段的工作任务。
We communicated and cooperated well with your representatives from the beginning and completed work for each phase according to your requirements.
目前工作进展状况：
Current work progress:
（1） 脱硝商务，技术招标文件中英文对照完整版基本定稿，准备发投标邀请书给被邀请单位参加投标。
(1) The complete Chinese-English version of De-Nox commercial tender and technical tender has been completed and we prepare to issue invitation for bid to the bidders for participating in the bid.
（2） 监理的招标文件已定稿，现我公司在译成英文中，定在10月16日发投标邀请函及标书给被邀请单位。
(2) The supervision bidding documents has been finalized. Now, we are preparing the English version and intend to issue the invitation for bid and the bidding documents to the invited companies on 16th October.
（3） 沉煤池改造技术文件已经完成，商务文件文件正在修改中，预计10月16日发给被邀请单位；
(3) Technical document for transformation of deep coal basin has completed and the commercial document is under amendment and is expected to issue to the invited companies on 16th October.
EPC contract for U1 & U2 De-NOx improvement projects ; /一、二号锅炉脱硝改造项目工程设计、采购、施工总承包；
Project supervision contract regarding De-Nox and de-dusting improvement projects ; / 一、二号锅炉脱硝及除尘器改造工程监理
预计2013年1月完成全部的招标代理工作。
The entire tender agency work is expected to be completed in January 2013.
