House Clearance Agreement
Chengdu ××× Industrial Development Company (hereinafter called Party A)
×××××× (hereafter called Party B)
Whereas, in order to fasten the steps of the innovation of old city and improve the people’s living condition, Party A, upon approval by the related authorities, need to expropriate the land of the old houses belonging to Party B to open up and construct. Upon negotiation, Party A and Party B are hereby reached the following agreement for dismantling of the said house.
1. Party B agrees to hand over his private house, which occupies ××.× square meters and locates at No.××× Gulounan St. of this city to Party A for uniform dismantling.
2. Party A, in accordance with the related regulations about compensation of clearance, one-timely pay to Party B the house-dismantling compensation ×××,×××.× Yuan (say in words ×× hundred ×× thousand ×× hundred and ××× point ×× Yuan).
3. At the time of signing this agreement, Party B will hand over the Property Right Certificate to Party A, and Party A will pay the dismantling compensation to Party B at one time within seven days after signing this agreement.
4. After receive the compensation, Party B should move out of the old house within three days. Then Party A will send persons to dismantle the old house.
5. Any un-determined matters shall be resolved by both parties based upon consultation.
