NOTIFICATIONS
1. This certificate shall be affixed with the seal and stamp of the issuing authority, and should be stamped with the special seal of the annual assessment of the lawyer ( Except the period from the issuance day of the first certification till the completion of the first annual inspection).
2. The holder shall use this document in accordance with the law and keep it properly. Shall not forge, alter, alter, transfer, mortgage, lend and damage. If lost, should immediately report to the county (District) of the administrative organization of justices, and apply for reissue in accordance with the relevant provisions. If the holder applies for renewal of the new certificate, it shall return it to the original issuing authority.
3. If the holder got penalized as stoppage of business, the county (District) administrative organization of justice to recover the lawyer license, and returned at the expiration of the penalty. If the holder got penalized as revocation of lawyer's qualification certificate or stop the business because of other reasons, the lawyer’s license shall be taken back by the county (District) administrative organization of justice, and give back to the original issuing authority for cancellation. Any other unit of work or individuals shall not detain, seize and revoke this certificate except administrative organization of justice.
